At Unreal Artistry, we want you to love your lashes and feel confident in the care you receive from every member of our team. If you have any concerns about your results, please contact us within three days of your appointment. We will arrange a follow-up appointment to address them your satisfaction matters to us.
booking
A $50 booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from your total on the day. No-shows and last-minute cancellations forfeit the booking fee (or the full service amount).
arrival
Please aim to arrive a few minutes early — late arrival may shorten your treatment time or result in a cancelled appointment.
children
As much as we love them, please leave kids at home — this is your time to relax, and insurance & OHS rules mean we can't have minors in the studio.
valuables
Unreal Artistry accepts no responsibility for valuables lost or damaged on the premises.
cancellations
Please give us 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and a 50% fee applies to last-minute cancellations.
confirmations & no-shows
Please confirm your appointment by end of business day, or it will be cancelled. Not showing up without contact means the full service amount is charged.
refunds
No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
reactions & hygiene
Patch tests are available on request but can't guarantee against a reaction — seek medical attention immediately if one occurs. Please arrive with clean lashes (make-up removed) for the best retention, and contact us within 72 hours if anything feels off.
